1. What this policy covers
This policy describes how Lextova ("we," "us") handles information collected through lextova.com. It exists so you can see, in plain terms, exactly what we gather, why we gather it, and what we will never do with it.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms. The application form asks for your full name, business name, email address, phone number, approximate monthly revenue, requested funding amount, and an optional note. The email-preferences form collects an email address only. We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting scripts on this site.
3. How we use it
Submitted information is used for one purpose: responding to your funding inquiry. That means reviewing your file, contacting you about it, and — with your knowledge — presenting it to third-party funding partners in our network so they can evaluate whether to extend terms. Partners receive only what is needed to assess the request.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any price.
- We do not rent, trade, or broadcast your information to marketing lists.
- We do not collect information from you passively beyond standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) kept for security and reliability.
5. Cookies and local storage
This site is built to run without cookies, and we set none for tracking. If a strictly functional cookie is ever required for the site to operate, it will hold no personal information and will not follow you elsewhere.
The application form saves your in-progress answers in your own browser's local storage so that a long form is not lost if you close the tab. That data stays on your device, is never transmitted anywhere on its own, and is erased once the application is submitted. Your Social Security number, tax ID, date of birth, and any uploaded documents are deliberately excluded from it and are never written to your browser. You can clear it at any time by clearing site data for this domain.
When you submit an application we record technical details of that submission alongside it — the page you submitted from, the referring page, your browser's user-agent string, the timestamp, and any campaign or referral code contained in the link you used. This is used to route your file to the right advisor and to keep our own records accurate.
6. Sharing with funding partners
Lextova is a broker. Arranging financing requires presenting your inquiry to the lenders and funding partners we work with. Each partner is obligated to treat application data confidentially and to use it solely for underwriting your request. We do not authorize any partner to remarket your data.
7. Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service your request and to meet legal and audit obligations, after which they are deleted. Data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS. Access to stored inquiries is limited to personnel who work on your file.
8. Your choices
You may ask us at any time to correct, export, or delete the information you submitted. To make a request — or to stop receiving email from us — use the email preferences page; removal is immediate. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
9. Children
This site addresses business financing and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if we learn we have, we delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will be updated and the revised text posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revision.
